A park at the base of Saruhashi Bridge where you can feel the gorge's greenery and the flow of the Katsuragawa River up close, a place of respite. After viewing the bridge, relax on a bench and listen to the babbling stream—this time soothes summer's heat. From a viewing spot, you can also see Saruhashi Bridge from a slightly different angle, making it perfect for family commemorative photos. Take a breather here before your afternoon town walk.

Tips

Just a short walk from Saruhashi. Some areas along the gorge have uneven footing, so if traveling with small children, hold their hands. Restrooms are available, so it's reassuring to stop by.
