Serving as the Ibara City Cultural Properties Center, this facility exhibits archaeological items excavated within the city. The first-floor exhibition room displays items in chronological order from the Yayoi period through the Kofun period, including bronze bells (dotaku) found in this area. You can also try hands-on activities such as touching excavated items or tracing the patterns on a bronze bell, letting you trace Ibara's ancient past together with kids. Stopping here after experiencing history at Chusei Yumegahara makes for a day that spans Ibara's history from ancient to medieval times.

About 15 minutes by car from Chusei Yumegahara. Exhibition content may change depending on the season, so checking in advance lets you enjoy it even more.
