A prefectural wide-area park that represents Toyokawa City, spreading out along the banks of the Otowa River. It is equipped with a spacious lawn plaza, flower fields where seasonal blooms can be enjoyed, and a play equipment area, and is loved as a spot where families can relax and stretch out. It is also close to tonight's fireworks venue, so part of its appeal is feeling the evening atmosphere build while playing in the park. Walking through the lush, green grounds lets you spend a leisurely summer afternoon.
Tips
About a 10-minute drive from the Goyu Pine Tree Avenue. The lawn plaza has little shade, so bring a hat or sun cover for peace of mind.
