霧島市隼人町東郷を会場に開催される、地域に根ざした夏祭りの花火大会です。2026年8月1日(土)19時から20時まで、天降川流域の夜空に花火が次々と打ち上がります。日当山の地名を冠したこの祭りは、温泉郷とともに歩んできた地域の歴史を感じさせる、アットホームな雰囲気が魅力です。大規模な会場にはない、地元の人々に親しまれてきた夏祭りらしい温かさの中で、家族でゆったりと夜空を見上げましょう。
Tips
JR隼人駅前から車で約10分。会場周辺の駐車場は限られているため、早めの到着がおすすめです。荒天時は中止や延期の場合があるため、開催可否は主催者の公式発表で確認してください。夜は足元が暗いので、小さなライトがあると安心です。
Tips
About 10 minutes by car from Hidakayama Hot Spring Resort. In summer, be sure to bring a hat and beverages for heat protection. It's only a few minutes by car to JR Hayato Station from here.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour required. The late afternoon when the sun's rays have softened is most comfortable and recommended.
