霧島市隼人町東郷を会場に開催される、地域に根ざした夏祭りの花火大会です。2026年8月1日(土)19時から20時まで、天降川流域の夜空に花火が次々と打ち上がります。日当山の地名を冠したこの祭りは、温泉郷とともに歩んできた地域の歴史を感じさせる、アットホームな雰囲気が魅力です。大規模な会場にはない、地元の人々に親しまれてきた夏祭りらしい温かさの中で、家族でゆったりと夜空を見上げましょう。
Tips
JR隼人駅前から車で約10分。会場周辺の駐車場は限られているため、早めの到着がおすすめです。荒天時は中止や延期の場合があるため、開催可否は主催者の公式発表で確認してください。夜は足元が暗いので、小さなライトがあると安心です。

About 10 minutes by car from Himeshiro Park. On the day of the fireworks festival, the surrounding roads may become congested in the evening, so allow plenty of time for travel. It's recommended to drive to the venue at Hayato-cho Togo.
Best time to visit
About 2 hours and 30 minutes required. Finishing dinner before sunset gives you plenty of time to secure a good viewing spot afterward.
