石鎚山から流れる加茂川の河畔を舞台に、毎年夏に開催されてきた西条市民納涼花火大会です。中堤防一帯が観覧エリアとなり、川面に花火の光が映り込む様子を間近で楽しめるのが魅力。打ち上げ数は公表されていませんが、夜空いっぱいに広がる花火と川のせせらぎが重なる時間は、名水のまち西条ならではの夏の風物詩です。昼から続いた1日の締めくくりにふさわしい、静かで美しいフィナーレになります。

About 10 minutes by car from the Uchinuki spot. On the day of the fireworks festival, the parking lot gets crowded in the early evening, so arriving early is recommended. Convenience stores around the venue sell out quickly, so it's best to pick up ice and cooling packs here for peace of mind.
