About this spot

This roadside station carries Nishio City's specialty products, offering a wide range of local farm produce and processed goods, including matcha green tea. It also has an event space and rest area, making it a great spot to give your feet a break from walking around town. Sweets made with Nishio tea and other local flavors are another appealing part of a visit here.

Tips

About a 10-minute drive from Shokoso. The parking lot is fairly spacious, but it can get crowded on summer-vacation weekends. Picking up cold drinks here makes the rest of your walk around easier.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 15 minutes. It's handy as a rest stop during the hot afternoon hours.
