300年以上の歴史を持つとされる越中八尾を代表する行事で、2026年は9月1日から3日までの3日間開催されます。石畳の坂道が続く諏訪町本通りを中心に、三味線と胡弓が奏でる哀愁漂う旋律にのせて、編笠をかぶった踊り手たちが優雅に舞いながら練り歩きます。ぼんぼりの灯りに照らされた坂の町の町並みと、しなやかな踊りが織りなす光景は、日本情緒あふれる幻想的な雰囲気に包まれます。地元の各町内が守り伝えてきた踊りと唄が、初日から夜遅くまで坂の町に響き渡ります。
Tips
期間中は大変混雑するため、よい場所で見たい場合は早めに沿道へ向かいましょう。坂道が多いのでベビーカーでの移動は歩きやすいルートを選ぶのが安心です。夜は山あいの町らしく気温が下がることもあるので、羽織ものを用意しておくと快適です。

Walking from Katsuraki-sha is convenient. Some sections of the riverside path have slippery ground, so be careful. As evening approaches, insects may increase, so insect repellent is recommended.
