Head to the area around Onishi Community Center, the summer festival venue, in the evening. As evening approaches, you will start to see people in yukata heading to the festival, and a festive atmosphere begins to spread throughout the town. Having an early dinner at a local shop nearby to fuel up before the main event lets you enjoy the festival with plenty of time to spare.

On the day of the summer festival, some shops get crowded from the evening onward, so an early dinner is recommended.
