Located close to the General Sports Park where the night stalls are set up, it is a convenient place to rest and wait before the festival begins. As the sun starts to set, you can feel the anticipation for the upcoming Bon Odori festival spreading throughout the community.

The area around the venue can get crowded from the evening of the festival day onward, so it is a good idea to head over a little early.
