This restaurant is located about 30 seconds on foot from JR Susaki Station (須崎駅). It's known for its original soup, slow-simmered for 5 to 6 hours with several kinds of vegetables and fruit, offering a light yet rich flavor beloved by locals. The moray eel (utsubo) version of Susaki's famous nabeyaki ramen, packed with collagen, is especially popular. Finishing an early meal near the station before the festival's fireworks begin lets you move to the venue afterward with plenty of time to spare.

Tips

On the day of the festival, some restaurants get crowded from evening onward, so arriving around 4:00 PM is recommended for an easier seat. Since you'll need to drive to the Fujigahama Beach venue, plan your schedule with traffic congestion in mind.
