Akebonoyama Agricultural Park in northern Kashiwa City is a popular park where you can enjoy a Dutch windmill and flower fields through the seasons. The flower fields change their expression season by season and photograph beautifully, and on the wide lawns small children can run around to their heart's content. Many of the paths in the grounds are paved and easy to walk with a stroller, making it perfect for a stroll in the cool morning hours. Start the day loosening up, as a warm-up before playing in the pool.

Tips
Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces, but it can get busy on weekend mornings, so arriving early is recommended. There are shops in the grounds, but having breakfast beforehand keeps things smooth. The area around the windmill is a prime photo spot.
