The Shinjuku Historical Museum (新宿歴史博物館) introduces the origins of Shinjuku and how daily life changed from the Edo period to the present. Dioramas recreating old streets and displays of household tools let children learn while enjoying it visually. The compact scale of the exhibits means it can be covered comfortably, another welcome point for families. It is a spot for a little learning time before the pool.
