About this spot

A museum zone inside Funabashi Andersen Park where children enjoy actually making things with their own hands. Several workshops stand side by side, and you can join whichever programs are open that day, from clay and weaving to woodwork. Being indoors, it keeps you out of the sun and makes a good rest between spells of outdoor play. The nice part is that taking home something you made yourself keeps the conversation about that day going even after you get home. To save energy for the afternoon water play, make this a stretch of quiet, focused time sitting down.

船橋市のふなばしアンデルセン公園、ワンパク王国ゾーンにある水遊び場「ふなばしアンデルセン公園にじの池」です。2026年は7月1日(水)から9月30日(水)まで、9時30分から17時まで利用できます。例年ゴールデンウィークと7月から9月にかけては監視員が配置され、船橋市遊泳用プール指導要綱に準ずる水質管理が行われているため、家族連れにとって安心感のある水遊び場です。7月20日から8月31日と土日祝は17時まで、それ以外の平日は16時までの営業で、この期間以外は顔を水につけない遊び方になります。にじの池そのものは無料で、別途入園料(一般900円・高校生600円・小中学生200円・幼児(4歳以上)100円・65歳以上無料)が必要です。園内に売店とトイレがあり、着替えや休憩の場所に困らないのも大きな利点です。

Tips

平日は16時までの日があるので、閉場時間を確認してから遊ぶ時間を決めてください。混み合うのは13時から15時ごろなので、14時に入るなら場所取りより先に日陰の確保を。水遊び用おむつが必要な年齢の子は忘れずに用意しましょう。遊んだあとは体が冷えるので、乾いた着替えとタオルを多めに持っていくと安心です。

Tips

Workshop programs may charge a separate materials fee depending on the content, and there can be a wait depending on how busy reception is that day. Popular workshops fill up in the morning, so checking in soon after you enter the park keeps things smooth. Some pieces need drying time, so confirm the pickup time before moving on.
