A large shopping mall near Myoden Station (妙典駅) on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. It has both a food court and restaurants, so everyone can be satisfied even when the children want different things. The air-conditioned interior is also a dependable place to rest before an afternoon of outdoor play. Since Minamigyotoku Park has no parking, most travel is by train or bicycle. The trick is to buy only what you really need here so your bags do not get too heavy. There is a nursing room and a baby rest room, making it an easy midday base even with an infant.

Venue: 市川市・南行徳公園

市川市の南行徳公園にある、無料の水遊び場「南行徳公園人工のせせらぎ」です。例年4月下旬から9月末までの運用で、2026年は4月25日(土)頃から9月30日(水)頃まで、10時から16時30分まで楽しめます。築山の斜面を水が流れ下る構造なので、上流の浅いところから下流へと、子どもが自分のペースで水に慣れていけるのが良いところ。池のように深くならないため、はじめての水遊びにも向いています。トイレ(多機能トイレを含む)はありますが駐車場はないので、電車や自転車、徒歩で向かう計画にしてください。雨天は中止になるため、当日の空を見てから出発しましょう。

Tips

駐車場がないので、車で行く前提の計画は立てないでください。石の上を歩く場面があるため、脱げにくいマリンシューズがあると安心です。更衣室はない想定で、着替えはトイレか日陰で済ませる準備をしておきましょう。16時30分で終了なので、16時前には着替えを始めると落ち着いて帰れます。

Tips

The food court gets crowded around noon on weekends, so arriving before noon or after 13:00 makes it easier to find a seat. Do not forget a plastic bag for wet clothes and a spare towel. Minamigyotoku Park has no parking, so pack on the assumption that you will travel by train or bicycle. Buying plenty of drinks makes the afternoon worry-free.
