A prefectural urban park spreading across the center of Chiba New Town. Flower beds, lawns, waterside, and woodland flow gently into one another, making it a pleasant place simply to walk without any particular goal. There are wide-open sections with nothing in the way, which makes a perfect playground for children at the age when they want to run. Moving the body a little before the afternoon of water play also helps lunch go down well. The park is large, so rather than forcing a full circuit, walking just the area around the entrance is about the right amount.

白井市の十余一公園にある無料の水遊び場「十余一公園親水池・せせらぎ」です。2ヶ所の池と、それらをつなぐ細いせせらぎで構成されていて、流れをたどって上ったり下ったりする遊び方ができるのがこの公園ならではの魅力。水深が浅いので、小さな子でも自分の足で水の中に入っていけます。遊歩道が整備され、駐車場とトイレもあるため、着替えや休憩の場所に困りません。利用は無料なので、夕方だけ立ち寄るといった短時間の使い方もしやすい施設です。2026年の開設期間は未発表で、例年は夏休み期間に水が流れます。

Tips

開設期間が未発表のため、出かける前に白井市の案内で当日の通水状況を確認してください。せせらぎの底は石で滑りやすいことがあるので、素足ではなくマリンシューズやサンダルが安心です。日陰は木立の下に限られるため、レジャーシートと帽子を用意しましょう。おむつが取れていない子は水遊び用おむつを使い、遊んだあとは水道で足をよく洗い流してください。

Tips

Some sections have little shade, so be sure to bring a hat and drinks. Parts of the park include paid facilities, so check the on-site information if you plan to use them. Paved paths passable with a stroller are in place, but the lawn can get muddy after rain.
