A large shopping mall in the Chiba New Town Chuo area. It has both a food court and restaurants, so everyone can be satisfied even when the children want different things. The interior is air-conditioned, making it just right as a place to cool off before playing outdoors. Buying any towels, spare clothes, drinks, or sunscreen you are short of for water play means you will not be scrambling at the park. There is a nursing room and a baby rest room as well, so it works as an easy midday base even with an infant.

白井市の十余一公園にある無料の水遊び場「十余一公園親水池・せせらぎ」です。2ヶ所の池と、それらをつなぐ細いせせらぎで構成されていて、流れをたどって上ったり下ったりする遊び方ができるのがこの公園ならではの魅力。水深が浅いので、小さな子でも自分の足で水の中に入っていけます。遊歩道が整備され、駐車場とトイレもあるため、着替えや休憩の場所に困りません。利用は無料なので、夕方だけ立ち寄るといった短時間の使い方もしやすい施設です。2026年の開設期間は未発表で、例年は夏休み期間に水が流れます。

Tips

開設期間が未発表のため、出かける前に白井市の案内で当日の通水状況を確認してください。せせらぎの底は石で滑りやすいことがあるので、素足ではなくマリンシューズやサンダルが安心です。日陰は木立の下に限られるため、レジャーシートと帽子を用意しましょう。おむつが取れていない子は水遊び用おむつを使い、遊んだあとは水道で足をよく洗い流してください。

Tips

The food court gets crowded around noon on weekends and holidays, so shifting to late morning or after 13:00 makes it easier to find a seat. Picking up a plastic bag for wet clothes here also makes the trip home easier. The parking lot is large, so parking near the exit toward the park keeps the drive short.
