This lodging and training facility inside Showa no Mori also welcomes visitors dropping in for a meal or a rest. In such a large park, an air-conditioned indoor spot where you can settle down is valuable, and it makes just the right time to let bodies cool off after a morning of activity. The forest continues right outside the windows, so even indoors the feeling of being in the park carries on, which is very pleasant. Stock up on drinks here ready for the afternoon water play. If you are unsure, you can also bring a packed lunch and eat on a bench in the shade. Rather than entering the water straight after eating, resting a little before moving on is easier on the body.
