A large shopping mall in Miyahara-cho, Kita-ku, Saitama City. It has a food court and restaurants, so even when children's tastes differ, lunch can satisfy everyone. The air-conditioned interior is just the right rest stop for cooling down bodies heated by the morning's walking. Buying any towels, spare clothes or drinks you still need for the afternoon water play here means no rush once you reach the park. There is a nursing room and a baby rest area too, so it is easy to get around with a baby.

さいたま市北区のうねうね公園にある「うねうね公園せせらぎ」です。2026年は7月1日(水)から9月30日(水)まで、9:00〜17:00の時間帯に利用できます(清掃等により利用できない場合あり)。園内の北側に浅いせせらぎが設けられていて、利用は無料。プールのように深さがないので、小さな子でも足を入れて安心して遊べます。3か月間、朝から夕方まで長く開いているのが最大の強みで、真夏を避けて9月の残暑に訪れるという選択もできます。近所の子どもたちが集まる地元の水辺なので、気負わず短時間だけ立ち寄る使い方もしやすい場所です。

Tips

清掃等により利用できない日があるため、遠方から向かう場合はさいたま市公園緑地協会の案内で当日の状況を確認しておくと安心です。更衣室の記載はないので、水着は服の下に着ていくのが確実。水遊び後は水道で足をよく洗い、木陰で休憩をはさみながら遊びましょう。おむつが取れていない子は水遊び用おむつを用意してください。

Tips

The food court gets crowded around noon on weekends and holidays, so shifting a little earlier or to after 13:00 makes it easier to get a seat. Securing a plastic bag for wet clothes and some cold drinks here makes the trip home easier. The car park is large and the location is easy to reach by car.
