A facility inside Yamaichi Sustena Park Nanakita Park (七北田公園) devoted to greenery and gardening. It has displays of seasonal flowers and offers gardening advice, making it just the right place to escape the heat outside and catch your breath. There is a nursing room and a diaper-changing table, so families with babies will find it easy to use as a base. You can also get changes of clothes ready before heading to the water play area, or cool off in the shade, which makes it practical as well. Learning the names of plants from the displays makes a walk in the park far more fun.

Tips

Check the opening days and hours in advance. Noting where the toilets and the nursing room are while you are here saves any panic in the middle of water play. Some areas inside do not allow eating or drinking, so enjoy snacks outside in the shade of the trees or on a bench.
