This is an indoor facility for children inside Taikoyama Land Prefectural Park. The exhibits are mainly hands-on rather than look-only, built so that children notice how things work while they play. It is indoors and air-conditioned, making it well suited to the early afternoon when the sun is at its strongest. You can walk through the park to Fountain Paradise, so there is no need to move the car. Cooling down here before heading into the water means everyone's energy lasts until evening.

Please check opening days and how to use the facility on the official website. Popular hands-on corners can involve queueing, so allow plenty of time. There may be areas where shoes come off, so footwear that is easy to slip on and off makes moving around simpler. Leaving your water-play gear in the car and touring the building light-handed is recommended.
