A leisure facility on Hirugano Highland spread with flower fields and pasture. Flowers planted by season color the slopes, and the mountain ranges visible beyond them make a view that only the highlands can offer. There are also areas where you can meet cows, sheep, horses and other animals, and small children can happily spend a long time here alone. There are places to eat within the grounds, so take your time over lunch before the water play. The kids park with the splash pond is inside the same grounds, so once you have entered there is no need to worry about getting around. The air at 1,000 meters is refreshing even in midsummer, and eating outdoors feels wonderful.

郡上市高鷲町のレジャー施設「ひるがの高原牧歌の里」のキッズパーク内にある水遊び場「ひるがの高原牧歌の里じゃぶじゃぶ池」です。2026年は7月4日(土)から9月中旬まで、オープンから16:30まで利用できます。標高1000メートルのひるがの高原にあるため、平地より空気が涼しく、真夏でも子どもが遊びやすい気候なのがいちばんの魅力です。池は浅くつくられていて、まだ泳げない小さな子でも自分の足で歩きながら水に親しめます。まわりには花畑と牧場が広がり、水遊びの合間に動物を見に行ったり、芝生で休んだりと過ごし方が自由です。夏休みの旅行の一日を、この高原で丸ごと使う価値のある場所です。

Tips

じゃぶじゃぶ池は土足では入れません。裸足になるか、水遊び用サンダルを持参してください。おむつがとれていない子は水遊び用おむつの着用が必須です。専用の更衣室はないので、水着を服の下に着てから出かけ、帰りはタオルで手早く着替えられる準備をしておきましょう。雨天は中止です。当日の実施は公式サイトや現地の案内で確認してください。利用は16:30までなので、この時間を目安に片づけを始めます。入園には料金が必要です。金額は公式サイトで確認してください。高原は夕方に一気に冷えるので、羽織りものを必ず用意しましょう。

Tips

Admission is charged. Check the price and opening hours on the official website in advance. The grounds are large and undulating, so wear shoes that are easy to walk in. Avoid water play right after eating; heading to the splash pond after resting about 30 minutes is safer. The sun is strong in the highlands, so do not forget sunscreen and a hat.
