This is a large shopping complex standing right beside Kurashiki Mirai Park. It has restaurants and a food court, so its strength is that everyone can be satisfied even when children's tastes differ. The air-conditioned interior makes an ideal rest stop for resting bodies tired from the morning's town walk. If you buy everything you are missing for the water play here, such as towels, spare clothes, and drinks, the afternoon will be easier. The park is only a short walk away, making it easy to leave your bags in the car before heading off to play in the water.

JR倉敷駅の北側に広がる「倉敷みらい公園水遊び場」は、こかげデッキの横に設けられた無料の水遊びスポットです。音楽に合わせて水が出るポップジェット噴水なので、曲に合わせて水柱が上下する動きそのものが遊びになり、小さな子でも自然と歓声があがります。水飲みと手洗いが設置されていて、遊んだあとの砂や汗を流せるのが家族連れにはありがたいところ。約2.1haの芝生広場と複合遊具、空中木デッキが同じ園内にそろっているので、水に飽きたら遊具、疲れたらデッキの日陰へと移動できます。アリオ倉敷や三井アウトレットパーク倉敷に隣接しているため、忘れ物があってもすぐ買い足せる安心感があります。

2026年の水遊び場の稼働期間は未発表です。例年は夏休み期間なので、出発前に倉敷市の案内で当日水が出るかを確認してください。芝生広場は日陰が限られるので、レジャーシートやポップアップテントで休憩場所を作ると長時間でも疲れにくくなります。噴水まわりは濡れるとすべりやすいため、走らないよう声をかけましょう。着替えとタオル、濡れた服を入れるビニール袋は人数分そろえておくと帰りが楽です。

Hours and tenants can change, so checking the official information beforehand is reassuring. Checking the parking conditions too means you will not be caught out on a long visit. Rather than getting into the water right after eating, using the walk to the park to settle your stomach makes for just the right pace.
