This day-use hot bath facility in Higashimiyoshi Town sits right next to Minoda-no-Fuchi. It has a dining area, making it a good place for a calm lunch after the riverside walk. You can rest in air-conditioned comfort, so it is a fitting stop for restoring energy before the afternoon water play. You can also drop in again after the water play to rinse off sweat and river water before heading home. Because locals use it in daily life, you get a sense of the place that differs from the atmosphere of a trip.

水辺の楽校ぶぶるパークみかもじゃぶじゃぶ池広場は、吉野川沿いに広がる18haの河川公園の中にある無料の水遊び場です。14,500㎡の「水辺の楽校ゾーン」の中の3,900㎡という広さがあり、混み合う都市部の水遊び場とはまったく違う開放感があります。年に数日、水を入れて開放される期間限定の場所なので、開放日に合わせて出かける計画そのものが夏の楽しみになります。園内には竹林・学習園広場(10,600㎡)や自然観察ゾーン、竹林・ネイチャーゾーン、イベント広場ゾーン、スポーツ広場ゾーンがあり、水に飽きても遊び場に困りません。竹林の木陰は日よけとして貴重なので、休憩場所として覚えておくと快適に過ごせます。周囲を山並みに囲まれた吉野川の風景の中で遊ぶ時間は、都会の水遊びでは得られない体験になります。

2026年の開放は8/1(土)7:00〜8/2(日)18:00、8/8(土)〜8/9(日)、8/15(土)〜8/16(日)、8/22(土)〜8/23(日)の各週末で、いずれも土曜7:00から日曜18:00までです。悪天候時は告知なしで中止になる場合があるため、出発前に天気と現地の状況を必ず確認してください。料金は無料。なお「親水ゾーン」(川辺・カヌー等)は現在利用中止中で、じゃぶじゃぶ池広場とは別のエリアです。河川敷は日陰が少ないので、ポップアップテントやパラソルの持参を強くおすすめします。飲み物は多めに用意し、脱げにくい履物で遊びましょう。

Tips

Opening days, hours and meal service times can change, so always check the official information before you set out. Lunchtime can be crowded, so arriving before noon is safest. If you plan to bathe after the water play, prepare a change of clothes and a towel for each person.
