About this spot
2017年にユネスコ「世界の記憶」に登録された「上野三碑」のひとつ、多胡碑を紹介するガイダンス施設です。多胡碑そのものは隣接する覆屋の中に保存され、館内では拓本や解説パネルで奈良時代の歴史にふれられます。観覧料は令和9年3月まで無料です。
Tips
月曜休館(祝日の場合は翌火曜)。吉井駅からは徒歩約30分・タクシーで約5分です。
