The first-floor 'Sakana-kan' (fish hall) displays frozen tuna, dried fish, and the morning catch of fresh seafood in rows, while the second floor also sells Miura vegetables. Snacks like tuna croquettes and tuna buns make for great eating-while-walking treats, allowing parents and children to enjoy the market's vibrant atmosphere at the start of your journey.
Tips
Bring a cooler bag if you want to purchase tuna as a souvenir safely. Popular tuna buns often sell out by midday, so arrive early. The interior is easy to navigate with a stroller.
