Here you can experience Tosa Shimizu's unique food culture, including the specialty "sodakatsuobushi" (skipjack bonito) and locally-made skipjack tuna products available nowhere else. The dining area offers set meals and rice bowls featuring local fish reflecting the harbor town's unique character. Close to Shimizu Port, the venue for the fireworks festival, it's a convenient spot where you can refuel and search for local souvenirs all at once. In the evening, many locals stop by, creating a lively atmosphere as you spend a relaxed pre-fireworks moment.

Business hours vary by facility, so check the official website in advance. The evening of the fireworks festival is expected to be crowded; arriving early is recommended. The Shimizu Port fireworks venue (around Shikajima) is about 5-10 minutes by car. If buying souvenirs, load them in the vehicle before heading to the viewing area.
