Galleria Kameoka Roadside Station (道の駅ガレリアかめおか) in Kameoka City (亀岡市) is a rest spot stocked with local vegetables, specialty products and souvenirs. Inside there are restaurants and a food court too, making it just the right stop for a light meal or picking up drinks before entering the pool. Simply looking at the seasonal vegetables and fruit is enjoyable, and it becomes a chance for children to encounter local ingredients. You can stay cool indoors, so it also suits taking a break out of the summer sun. Make use of it as a place to hydrate and pick up light snacks before heading to the pool.

2026年は7月18日(土)から8月31日(月)まで、10時から17時まで営業する亀岡市の屋外レジャープールです。大きく波が立つ造波プールは歓声が絶えない主役級で、1周200mの流水プールは浮き輪でぷかぷか流されるだけでも十分に楽しめます。全長100mのウォータースライダーは無料で何度でも滑れるのが魅力で、小学生から大人まで飽きずに遊べます。小さな子には水深の浅い幼児プールが安心で、しっかり泳ぎたい子には25mスポーツプールも用意されています。市民価格と市外価格が設定されており、家族の人数に応じて事前に料金を確認しておくとスムーズです。

Tips

料金は亀岡市民か市外かで異なるため、当日の受付で確認しましょう(市外の場合は大人1,870円・小中学生780円・幼児160円が目安)。営業は17時までなので、スライダーや流水プールは時間に余裕を持って切り上げるのがおすすめです。日陰が少ない場合があるので、パラソルやレジャーシートを持参すると快適に過ごせます。
