Board a sightseeing boat on Lake Ashi for open, expansive views you can only get from the water. Step out on deck for a sweeping view of Hakone's mountains, and on clear days you may even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. Rest your feet after a day of walking and enjoy some relaxed time out on the lake.
Tips
Board from the pier within walking distance of Hakone Checkpoint. Checking the sailing schedule in advance makes things go smoothly. It can get windy on the lake, so bringing something to layer on is a good idea.
