全国の酒造家から篤い信仰を集める、京都でも屈指の古社・松尾大社で開かれる祭りです。2026年は9月5日(土)・6日(日)の2日間にわたって八朔祭が行われ、初日の9月5日19時からは境内で盆踊り大会が催されます。旧暦8月1日にあたる「八朔」の頃に行われることからその名がついたとされ、夏の終わりを告げる祭りとして地域に親しまれています。嵐山エリアの絶景巡りを終えた1日の締めくくりに、酒造の神様が見守る境内で踊りの輪に加わりましょう。
Tips
阪急松尾大社駅から徒歩約3分とアクセス良好です。夜間の境内は足元が暗い場所もあるため注意しましょう。荒天時の開催可否は事前に確認を。
Tips
Easily accessible by foot from Hankyu Arashiyama Station and Randen Arashiyama Station. As a popular tourist spot, it can get crowded at peak times. The bridge offers little shade in summer, so sun protection is recommended.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour. The morning to early afternoon when crowds are lighter is recommended.
