Named after Yugawara, where hot springs are uniquely mentioned in the Man'yoshu poetry collection, the riverside promenade is enveloped in dappled sunlight and the gentle murmur of the stream. The park features lounges and day-bath facilities, making it a serene space befitting an adult's leisurely day.

The park centers on the riverside promenade and is best explored on foot. The free-to-enter entrance terrace café is ideal for a rest while gazing at the stream.
