About this spot

One of the prefecture's largest farmers' markets, operated by JA Hadano. Fresh vegetables shipped from about 800 farming households line the shelves, and in autumn the market is filled with the harvest of the Hadano basin. Along with vegetables and fruit, local processed products are also available, making it a fun time to shop with your kids for 'tonight's dinner vegetables.'

Tips

Open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed on the second Tuesday of each month (except July and August) and around New Year's. As this is a popular market, the selection is best in the morning.
